How do I view my current subscriptions?
Sign in and select “My Account” from the menu.
Select “Subscriptions”.
You will now see your active Subscriptions. Select “Upcoming Draws”.
Select “View Numbers” on any of the items labeled with “Weekly Subscription” to see the numbers for each ticket that correlates to your active subscription.
Review ticket numbers in your subscription.
How do I view my past subscriptions?
Sign in and select “My Account” from the menu.
Select “Subscriptions”.
You will now see your active Subscriptions. Select “Past Tickets”.
Select “Game Results”.
Review past game results from tickets in your subscription.
Do I need to take any actions to maintain my subscriptions?
In order to maintain your subscription you need to have an active credit card (note: you will be sent an email reminder two weeks before the credit card expiration date). Additionally, you may be required to geo locate in order to keep your subscription active (note: you will be sent an email reminder if this action is required).
Do my subscriptions affect my weekly/daily deposit limits?
Yes, subscriptions are a purchase that are included in your weekly/daily deposit limits.
What does it mean if my subscription is on hold?
If your subscription is on hold you will need to take action in order to get the subscription active. You will receive an email notification in regards to why your subscription has been put on hold and it will be related to one of the following the issues:
Geo location not verified
Payment method declined
Credit card expired
Responsible gaming failure (except self-exclusion)
Can I change the numbers or add tickets to my subscription?
In order to change the numbers or add tickets to your subscription you will need to start a new subscription.
