Track the Progress of a Withdraw Request

Provides the steps to take to track the progress of a withdrawal request.

Below are step by step guides (for a mobile phone and a desktop computer) for how to track a withdraw request. You will need to scroll down to view the Desktop Computer guide.


On a Mobile Phone:

  1. To start, you must sign in to your account.

    1. Select the “≡” icon in the upper-left portion of your screen 

    2. Then select “Sign In” and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.

 

 

 

  1. After signing in, select “Withdraw Funds” from the menu.

 

 

 

  1. All withdraw requests that are waiting to be approved will appear under “PENDING REQUESTS”.

    1. Withdraws requests that have not been approved yet will be displayed as “Pending.”

    2. Withdraw at Retail requests may also display as “Ready to Cash”. For more information about Withdraw at Retail, please visit: Withdraw at Retail Voucher.

 

 

 

  1. If your withdraw request does not appear under “PENDING REQUESTS”, it may have been approved or declined. Approved and declined withdrawal requests will appear in Transactions History. 

    1. To access Transactions History, make sure you are still signed in and open up the website’s menu again.

    2. Select “My Account”.

 

 

  1. Then select “Transactions” under the “History” section.

On a Desktop Computer:

  1. To start, you must sign in to your account.

    1. Select the Sign In button in the upper-right portion of your screen and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.

 

 

 

  1. After signing in, select your name to expand the account menu.

 

 

 

  1. Select “Withdraw Funds.”

 

 

 

  1. All withdraw requests that are waiting to be approved will appear under “PENDING REQUESTS”.

    1. Withdraws requests that have not been approved yet will be displayed as “Pending”.
