  • If you have previously made a withdrawal with the same payment method, documentation would already be in place and the withdrawal should process more quickly.

All withdrawal requests may remain pending for up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for initial processing. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method. For your security, we may contact you during the processing time to upload additional documentation via the Secure Document Upload tool.

Once additional documentation is provided, the document review will take up to 3 business days. If the documentation is sufficient, your withdrawal will be approved. If the documentation is not sufficient, our compliance team will send an additional request to the email associated with your MichiganLottery.com account. All relevant email notifications will be sent from accounting@michiganlottery.com.
